One Tard Pup

Hey, kids! Sorry I've been radio silent for a few days. For graduation weekend, I was busier than a one-legged man at Rockette audition. I spent a lot of time trying to Magyver fabulous out of streamers, Dixie cups and $1 Store finds. And I made:
  • 4 trips to the airport,
  • 6 runs to the grocery store,
  • a whole lot of other people crazy.

All together, my niece's graduation was a hit. Happy guests, happy kid. Love that. But, frankly, I'm glad the next kid to graduate won't be for about 5 years. I need the chance to recover.

Soon as my brain has juice in it again (hopefully by tomorrow; a dry brain is not a fun thing to tote around), I'll be back at the keyboard.

Thanks! It was a real challenge for us to feed 20 guests, of wildly different backgrounds (WILDLY), without making everybody crazy. Went with the dress-it-yourself nacho bar. Can't recommend it highly enough. Minimal prep. People can eat when they're hungry. And you don't necessarily have to sit down to eat.
